About Me
My story starts off as computers become more involved with our lives in the 90’s. Building computers as a kid and helping others with their computer and gaming needs. Guided a few friends with their personal projects and home setups. Took some classes locally for Computer Science after High School, but found the hands on approach as tech changed, more educational.
My career path did not take me into the field I wanted, so things became more of a hobby again, than business. I Worked in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and learned other programs that evolved my analytic capabilities, being an intelligence officer. I would also help troubleshoot hardware with our Access Control team and in-house software.
After years of security, I started to work my way into website development with WordPress, along with private consultations on network configurations for a few friends. Ron’s IT Solutions was born! Then after getting the business up and running, Covid-19 had shut the world down.
During this time, I started work for a VoIP provider based in the U.S. I now manage a call center for our support staff with various responsibilities during the day. At night, I advance my skills and start developing this business again. Built my own hosting service and now support several websites and cloud services.
